Wedding Blog - Inés Prep - Gijón, Asturias

In august 2018, I got a call to fly out to northern Spain to photograph Inés & Rob’s wedding on somewhat short notice. Their original photographer had to reschedule some things - enter Jake. This was the first wedding I’d shot alone for a long time, but the experience of travelling, and shooting a wedding in a new place was amazing. 

Inés’ dress was custom made for her by a local dressmaker, who was on hand to help with the final tweaks, and to put in the amazing veil. I wanted this blog to showcase the delicacy of a bride getting ready, as well as the craftsmanship in the wedding dress.
